Bernd Seidel

Bernd Seidel is a former senior law enforcement professional. He served as head of the Frankfurt Criminal Police for over 20 years. After leaving government service, Mr. Seidel served as a crisis consultant for the Frankfurt-based branch of Kroll Inc. and worked for other private sector security firms, including those based in the United States. Mr. Seidel was a lecturer of Criminalistics and Criminology at the Federal Police Academy of Germany.

Thomas V. Cash

Thomas V. Cash has had a distinguished career supervising complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations. As the Special Agent in Charge of the Miami Office of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Mr. Cash led major International drug and money-laundering investigations leading to the indictments and prosecutions of Medellin and Cali Cartel members; Panamanian dictators; senior Bahamian government officials, and a former US Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General. In the private sector, Mr. Cash served as Executive Managing Director of Kroll Inc., and Chairman of Kroll Latin America, with responsibility for managing operations in Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, and Brazil. Mr. Cash has served for nine years as Chairman of the Anti-Money Laundering Committee of the Board of Banco Popular Dominicano of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and is the former Chairman of the Fraud Committee of the Florida International Bankers Association. Mr. Cash speaks German. Early in his career, he served as an Attaché at the US Embassy in Bonn. He has been awarded the Bundesverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, the highest award given by the German government for service excellence.

Dan Mead

Dan Mead is a longstanding senior professional with responsibility for physical security, risk management, travel security, intelligence and investigations. He currently serves as Director of Security, Europe, Mid-East and Africa (EMEA) for Marsh & McLennan, a global professional services firm. In his position, Mr. Mead maintains close relationships with high-level domestic law enforcement and international counterparts, including in-country security and international security agencies. Before Marsh & McLennan, Mr. Mead was an Associate Managing Director with Kroll Associates, heading its Moscow Office then later serving in London Office. He managed complex investigations in Moscow and throughout the former Soviet Union including those involving fraud and intellectual property infringement; asset recovery; threat assessments, and due diligence. Mr. Mead is based in London. He is a retired member of the US Military having spent over 20 years in Intelligence and Special Operations. He is currently the Private Sector Chair of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Executive Security Steering Committee, London; Committee Member United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) on Private and Public Sectors Cooperation for protection of Vulnerable Targets from Terrorist Attacks as well as a former member of the St Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) and, the American Chamber of Commerce, Russia. Mr. Mead has a working knowledge of Russian.

Rosemary Lark

Rosemary Lark is a senior Financial Crime Practitioner with significant experience working on large-scale independent monitorships of international banks subject to Consent Orders or Deferred Prosecution Agreements; managing compliance consulting engagements, and; leading multi-jurisdictional investigative cases for law firms, multinational corporations and financial firms. She has worked previously at Navigant Consulting and Guidepost Solutions. Ms. Lark also spent five years as a Research Fellow and Director of the Threats Analysis Division at the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute and is a former Managing Director of Business Intelligence at Kroll Associates in New York. Ms. Lark speaks French and German.
